After years of pushing through relentless fatigue, burnout and the slow recovery from adrenal fatigue, we became obsessed with one question: what does it actually take to get your energy back after 40?
The answer wasn’t one thing. It was a combination of better sleep habits, understanding how the body changes in midlife, and making small but consistent adjustments to daily life. The kind of practical, evidence-based changes that don’t make headlines but genuinely work.
